r ÷ 16 = 4
\frac{r}{16} = 4

Since 16 is divided by r, we multiply it on the other side to isolate r and find its value

r = 16 × 4

We know that the sum of the internal angles of a triangle is 180, so for the second triangle:

X = 180 - 84,6 - 65
