I believe it was due to her being smaller so it would be harder for her to get hit but I may be wrong. Probably wise to wait for another answer.
A social event of the industrial rev was their was less need for manual labor making them able to do other jobs causing an economic effect to if they are a less developed country they can start doing other jobs, make more money and are able to pay taxes therefore ending the cycle of poverty

I would say A: The area between Seattle and Portland. They are always crowded. Vegas is crowded, but no one really lives there. Only vacations. hope that helps
