Zappos has established a culture in which they build up friendships with their employees by treating them exceptionally well. They begin by making sure that their employees are content so that they can give an exceptional services to the customers .

They create a conducive environment for their employees where they also give their customers well deserved incentives like sending them to University to grow their skills.

These core values of the company makes the employees feel eager to work and provide great service to customers because happy employees are loyal to their work.

Zappos also ensure that they are loyal to their customers they have the ability to retain their customers for a long time

Due to the great services that are provided to customers by the well trained employees of Zappos, customers keep coming back for more and even referring other customers .
