Answer: Taiga/Boreal Forest

Explanation:

A boreal forest, also known as Taiga is found in the cold areas of the Northern hemisphere such as Alaska, Siberia and Russia. The largest of these forests is in Russia.

The soil found in the Taiga usually contains permafrost, which prevents water draining from the soil and due to this, is wet and mossy although it looks like solid ground.  The permafrost makes it possible for a Taiga to sustain a wide range of pines and conifers despite the reduced precipitation.

Animals which have adapted to the cold climate are also abundant in this biome and range from bears to lynx, moose and a variety of birds.

Which Southeast Asian country has been home to a number of separatist movements over the last thirty years?
ludmilkaskok [199]

That distinction belongs to Myanmar, a country ruled effectively by a military junta and has suffered decades of mismanagement, economic stagnation, and isolation. The country has several ethnic groups, many of which are generally poor. The current economic situation of the country and one-party state is not helping with the situation. Currently, there is an ongoing insurgency in the country where 12 separate political groups are vying for independence. The internal conflict has become very violent to the point where ethnic populations are desperate to get out of the country and become refugees in neighboring countries.

Conclusion. The plight of refugees. How you feel the refugees should be treated
Zielflug [23.3K]
The plight of refugees is that they suffer deep emotional stresses from displacement. Fleeing their lives in search of a safer place for them to have a future brings with it poverty, fear and health issues. Upon arrival in a new country, I think that they should be treated with equality, dignity and be given the resources and tools from our society to enable them to build a new life for themselves. After their suffering and journey to seek a better place and better life, societies should embrace these people, their skills and abilities and allow them to be a part of other cultures.
