The Roosevelt Corollary was an extension of a previous idea to the doctrine of Monroe. On the one hand, the main idea of Monroe's doctrine was to prevent European's intervention in the Western Hemisphere, on the other hand, Roosevelt corollary was practiced to explain America's invention throughout the Hemisphere. President Roosevelt issued his Corollary to ensure financial strength and to keep other powers outside the Hemisphere.
