they are both relatively strong bonds. however, hydrogen bonding is more stronger then ionic bonds and the h only bonds with the "f o n" elements. Ionic bods on the other hand are bonds between a metal element and a non metal element

A row of 100 million atoms of a single type would be only about 1 centimeter (cm) long. What occupies most of this space?
Ilia_Sergeevich [38]

D

Over 99% of the atom is empty space.

Explanation:

To give an analogy of an atom; If the whole atom was a large football stadium then the nucleus would be a soccer ball at the center of the pitch in the stadium, with electrons (that hold negligible mass) skimming about in the empty space. This center ball carried most of the mass of the atom. Therefore most matter that you see is actually and ironically empty space.

What happens to an enzyme's structure as it<br> exceeds the typical human body temperature?
likoan [24]

Answer:

Enzyme structure begins to break down

Explanation:

The enzyme will begin to denature as the temperature in the body rises. Denaturing is when the physical structure of the enzyme loses its shape and prevents the lock and key of enzymes and substrates to occur.

A cart was pulled across a table with a force of 3.0N.The acceleration was 1.5m/s². Determine the mass of the cart.
Elenna [48]

Answer:

2kg

Explanation:

Force (N) = mass (kg) × acceleration (m/s²). Thus, an object of constant mass accelerates in proportion to the force applied.
