Explanation:

Telophase follows anaphase during which chromosomes lose their individual identity and become a mass of chromatin again. There is the formation of nuclear envelops around two sets of chromosomes present at opposite poles of the cell. This is followed by the formation of other cell organelles in two daughter cells.
