The best option from the list would be that "<span>B. economic and political problems in France," </span>sparked the French Revolution, since many people were upset with the vast amount of inequality that existed in the state due to a despotic king, although the American Revolution was hugely influential.

Explain in a couple of sentences, what is meant by due process and provide an example.
stiks02 [169]
Due process is the legal concept that all citizens will be treated equally in terms of the law. This can be seen in the US Constitution with the 5th and 14th amendments. Here is an example: If a person is arrested for committing a crime, they must have their rights read to them. Once this person is arrested and read their rights, they are entitled to a trail with a jury of their peers present. The aforementioned rights are ones that ALL citizens are entitled to, no matter who you are.

Do you agree with Socrates that there are absolute standards for truth and justice? Why or why not?
Anon25 [30]
This is of course somewhat of a subjective question, but in general most would agree that yes, there are absolute standards for truth and justice, since we as humans have developed ways of understanding right and wrong.
