First radius = AO

Third radius = CO

We have two cases here:

Case 1:

Now If we join radius AO and OB we will get diameter AOB.

So in this case we can say that if we two radii join to form a diameter.

Case 2:

Now let us consider radius AO and CO.

Here if we try to join them , then they will not form a diameter.

So here we can say the two radii do not join to form a diameter.
