The common thing between  what is common Discretion, Strength, Five Wits, and Beauty is that they are directed by God to forsake Everyman. The main conflict of the play led me to this answer, to be more exact: God was angry at people as they only focus on prosperity and don't even think about sins. Therefore, God sends Death to go to Everyman and take him on the pilgrimage towards judgement.

Identify the adverb that modifies the verb
Alecsey [184]
1. The adverb that modifies the verb is c) ever. Without it, it wouldn't be completely clear as to which time frame the speaker refers to. It may have been for example the last year, or in some other particular moment.

2. The adverb that modifies the verb is b) always. It adds to the sense of urgency of wearing a life jacket when rafting. Without it, the meaning of this sentence wouldn't be so precise.

The awnser is be semi true means that some of it is true.  The statement might be partly true. And semi means half.

I found more information on this word.

  •      "The statement might be partly true, the statement may be totally true but only part of the whole truth, or it may use some deceptive element, such as improper punctuation, or double meaning, especially if the intent is to deceive, evade, blame or misrepresent the truth."
  • "Semi- is a numerical prefix meaning "half" The prefix alone is often used as an abbreviation when the rest of the word (the thing which half of is being described) is clear from context."
