Bodily humor: The term bodily humor was first studied by one of the great Greek physician named Hippocrates and he is being credited for proposing four humor theory, that includes phlegm, yellow bile, blood, and black bile. He defined bodily humor as a process that involves all of these different humors that work together and influences an individual's body and related emotions. The Humoral theory proposed by Hippocrates forms the basis of working of the human body or bodily humors.
