Answer:

A sympathetic character is a fictional character in a story whom the writer expects the reader to identify with and care about, if not necessarily admire. Protagonists, almost by definition, fit into the category of a sympathetic character; so, however, do many supporting characters and even antagonists.

The narrator is the person who is telling the story we are reading. A narrator can be a character in a story, or a character that is outside of the action of the story. Understanding the narrator is important as the text we read is told from his point of view. A sympathetic narrator is a narrator that the reader can identify with and care about. This narrator is a relatable character, and one that is developed enough that it allows the reader to care about his personality and motivations.

In a paragraph, explain how Ortiz Cofer and Levins Morales express cultural identity through poetry.
Vilka [71]

There is an intra-cultural dialogue where language is used as a means of expression. Accurate standard American English is used combined with Spanish words and expressions. This combination shows a relation between their memories of their Puerto Rican cultural and the linguistic capital. So, Spanish words are set to pleasure bilingual readers and maybe make the Anglo reader’s be aware of their lack of knowledge of Puerto Rican linguistic and cultural capital.

Children should not be allowed to adjust the bath water temperature when unsupervised, as they may turn the heat up too high and scald themselves. Scalding risk can be prevented by turning down your water heater's temperature adjustment to a lower setting.
