The dangers of eating fast food is the result of obesity and central nerve system problems like depression.

There is nothing called good food and bad food, but food which is extra to the body than required. Since it has lots of cholesterol, trans fat and more sodium, fast food isn't considered as healthy food to be followed in a diet schedule.

It is not a bad food but it is unhealthy. The dangers of eating fast food is the result of obesity and central nerve system problems like depression. The calories that is consumed from fast food is simply more that simply leads to asthma and respiratory problems and mainly obesity. It can put a consumer into depression and cause other problems in skin, nails, hair, etc,. Fast food also affects the bones and increase the rate of obesity.
