Why do most hurricanes occur between June and November?

in order for a hurricane to form there has to be warm climate so it happens mostly  during June and November  when its warm

Hurricanes require a warm climate; in particular, warm water.  That means that it is a lot more common for a hurricane to occur between June and November because that's when the water is the warmest.

While doing so they landed in the Americas which was like unclaimed land to them so they explored it in order to gain it as their territory.
