The rebellion didn't accomplish much, mostly destruction, and ended by Bacon dying from an illness and his followers were killed. All the rebellion did was added a less favoring of white men, and to gain the lower classes support they lower taxes. The rebellion also indirectly supported the growing slave trade.

This was the system in which any political party that wins the election can give government jobs to its supporters or relatives or friends and relatives for their support.
