Because of the lower wage demands of the Mexicans and ''taking jobs'' from the natives.

Explanation:

In the early twentieth century the United States were thriving. The industry was constantly growing and the country was becoming more and more powerful. Mexico, on the other hand, was in an opposite situation, with the country being in big problems with internal unrest, corruption, low development. This resulted in mass migration of Mexican into the United States. This was not seen very fondly by the majority of the Americans, with the main reason being the competition for the jobs.

  • The Mexican were coming from a poor country were they were not earning much, so they were satisfied with much lesser wages in the United States.
  • This was a big blow for all the efforts of the labor unions to improve the working conditions and rise the wages, as the Mexicans didn't demanded any of that.
  • The factory owners understandably started to employ Mexicans as they were able to make more profit.
  • This resulted in big revolt from the Americans against the Mexicans.

When did the ottomans try to invade Europe and how many times did they try to invade Europe? who were the rulers at the time?
Kamila [148]
The Ottoman wars in Europe were a series of military conflicts between the Ottoman Empire and various European states dating from the Late Middle Ages up through the early 20th century.

But I would tell about the main one which change the face of Europe.

1453 — fall of Constantinople that was a great start to conquer Europe.

The attackers were commanded by the Sultan Mehmed II, who defeated an army commanded by Emperor Constantine XI Palaiologos and took control of the imperial capital, ending a 53-day siege that began on 6 April 1453.
