Rouge waves are basically just smaller tsunamis. They both carry explicable force and they can form at any place where the conditions are right. However, rouge waves may be more common.

So my friend got in a fight last year. He was fighting two guys and i jumped in. We got in trouble but me and my friend got in trouble cause we basically started the fight. I tried to tell them that he was being jumped and i only wanted to help. I think if the people how got us in trouble were being jumped they would want someone to help like i did.
