Answer:

Currently, the number one draft person in social government is Donald Trump.

Explanation:

Donald John Trump is the 45th President of the United States. He won the presidential election as the Republican Party candidate in November 2016 and took office in January 2017.

Before becoming president, Trump became known as a corporate executive, billionaire, writer and television personality. He started his career with his father, real estate mogul Fred Trump. Later, Trump took over the company's leadership, which was renamed Trump Organization. During his business career, Trump has been active in the real estate, casino and hotel industries.

In 2015, he announced he would seek the Republican Party's presidential nomination in the 2016 election. He reached the required number of MPs in May 2016. He won the 2016 presidential election against Hillary Clinton, and swore in on January 20, 2017.

Trump is predominantly a right-wing conservative and a populist. In his election campaign, he promised, among other things, to prioritize US interests, reduce illegal immigration, reduce taxes and increase jobs.

Answer:

State.

Explanation:

The most likely court system level that would be interacted with is the local level, which handles many of the smaller cases. However, that is not an answer choice, and so we would look towards what the state and federal court system handle.

State court cases handle all civil, criminal, small claims, appeals, as well as monetary cases. Any type of cases that are internally (not across state lines) is also handled by state courts.

Federal courts, on the other hand, typically deal with violations against federal laws, crimes across state lines, and cases that deal with the violation of the US Constitution.

As many problems would typically be solved within the state court system, and would not default to a federal court system unless a appeal is approved, most Americans will likely interact on the State level.

The legislation that attempted to overturn the Helling precedent has been on the books since 1974 but has had little effect. Why
Margaret [11]

Answer:

Explanation:

Although it has been attempted to overturn the ruling in the Helling case, I would suppose that these attempts have been unsuccessful because the ruling was in favor of a higher standard of care than what was deemed appropriate by for the ophthalmologists. One might argue that the ruling has remained in place because holding the defendants liable was, in a way, a step towards checking the medical profession’s privilege to set it’s own standards. I feel as though legislature has probably not seen fit to reinforce it because the original ruling remains valid in that a doctor can follow all of the standards of care, and still be liable.
