Sacrifice and its types.

Sacrifice is an act of giving up something in order to cause something better. When it comes to types of sacrifices, there is not just one kind of it. People sacrifice their food, clothes, wealth, time, and even life. For example: Parents sacrifice their time, dreams, food, and happiness to fulfill the needs of their child. Soldiers sacrifice their life so that their countrymen can lead a happy, safe and peaceful life. Students sacrifice their sleep in order to score well in academics.

Sacrifice makes a person contented and happy. It is a feeling which arise thinking that ‘because of my sacrifice someone else is leading a happy life.’ Sacrifice is necessary because it makes a person kind and sympathetic towards the needs and suffering of others.
