FOR GUITAR PLAYERS ONLY. How do you heal your fingertips after they hurt from playing too much?! I want to keep playing but it h urts so I have to play boring stuff (no bending etc.) Any ideas?

you should use a pick instead of your fingers if that helps that's what I do
I am a guitar player. If you have stopped playing for a while, your fingers will hurt. you just have to keep playing everyday until callouses build up on your fingers
