If you walked along the sea, you would be (hopefully) enjoying the coastline.
The fifteenth Amendment covers
the right to vote regardless of color. It did not allow states from denying any
citizen the right to vote on the grounds of race, color, or previous condition
as a slave. The African American men granted the right to vote.
The Federal Government receives finding from taxes coming out of salaries, which is called income tax. In the US especially, taxes contribute to the funding of Medicaid and social security benefits.
