Identifying sentences and sentence fragment

English
1 answer:
Allisa [31]3 years ago

I'm assuming you're asking what a sentence and sentence fragment is, a sentence is a proper line of words, involving at least a subject and predicate.

A sentence fragment is an incomplete sentence that doesn't finish what it is completely stating.
Examples- Uncle John ate. (Ate what?) Until it left. (What left? There is no subject, either.)

Hope it helped, Tiara

Which detail should be removed from the summary?
olya-2409 [2.1K]

Answer:

Mother Nature also instructed other animals to work together.

Explanation:

The summary is talking about the ants. You don't need the detail of Mother Nature instructing the other animals, you only need details about the ants since the story is about how the ants learned to work hard.
