Go for best of both worlds: semi distance learning

Explanation:

After the positive experience with distance learning, you still need some live interaction with a classroom environment. The social component and the control by peers is something really important. In my opinion I think schools should go for best of both worlds:

one or two full days of 'normal' school, and the remainder with distance learning.

Federal Government is declared to regulate the interstates commerce and trade as specified in the constitution. Interstate trade was controlled by Interstate commerce commission which organized interstate trucking, Shipments and transportation of goods through freeways.  

Later, this control is transferred to the Federal Department called Transportation Department after the Sherman Act.
