A: Is correct, when using "I" the language shows more responsibility on the protagonist, yourself, or an author.

B: This one bugs me a little, Where as "You" can be objective, in this line of reasoning, so can "I" because it's being used the same way... but in different points of view.

I would say the most effective answer is A.
