It can come numerous different ways, but in general it ends up with victims, usually innocent people, and big material damage. In this case, we have an activist that is trying to send a message that the pollution by the corporations should stop, and the method used is setting a bomb at the automobile factory. While the activist will send the message for the corporation and will make big damage to it, the chances are that lot of people will end up dead or lose their jobs because of the bombing, thus causing big damage to them and their families.
The Confederation was unable to meet its obligations because it did not have the authority to pass tariffs or to order the states to pass tariffs. As a result, it faced trade problems with countries and among states, war debts, and a weak economy.
