They are changing because the world is globalized.There is also not enough time to have dinner or lunch or to cook food as it used to be. That's why as in other parts of the world the people use to eat junk and fast food.

There you go, on the last one you have to describe yourself, like jut answer “Estoy alto” if you are tall or “Estoy bajito” if you are short and then add your hair color like brown(cafe), black(negro), etc. Hope it helps
