I binged watched the entire show.
I'm going to list them out so it's easier:
1. Just because a person seems okay, doesn't mean they always are.
2. Think about what the outcome will be if you do something.
3. Talk to your parents if you need someone to talk to about anything, more than likely they went through the same scenario.
4. Speak out, if someone is hurt and you see it talk about it.
5. Not everyone is as sweet outside as they are on the inside.
6. Say no, scream it out if you have to. You are in control of your own body.
7. Danger comes in all shapes and sizes.
8. Nothing is too petty to talk about, if you don't like it scream it till kingdom come!
9. Counselors are here to help you, tell them everything no matter how embarrassing it is.
10. Suicide is never the answer to anything! Talking to someone about your problems will get you out of them.
