Prejudice and Bias creation:

To disparage a society or an individual just only by the discernible characteristics is called prejudice they are strong beliefs which cannot be destroyed easily or supported by logical arguments. Prejudice can be negative or positive in some cases it can be destructive when it is manipulated.

On the other hand bias refers to the standpoint in which it is crested by an individual by the lack of information and it is based only on the beliefs. This can be solved only when the individual comes up with a logical argument.
