A) When x is made negative, it gets reflected over the x-axis.

B) When x and y is made negative, it gets reflected over the x-axis and y-axis.

C) Every y-value from the equation would be multiplied by 2, thus changing the shape of the graph. The slope is divided by 2.

D) Every x-value from the equation would be multiplied by 2/3, thus changing the shape of the graph. The slope is divided by 2/3.

E) x-values are divided by 2 and y-values are multiplied by 1.5.

So if talking about points on a graph then
a. x is made negative or opposite of what it is
basically, the x point would go x units from the zero line in the other way it is currently ie. reflected across the x axis

b. both x and y are positive,
basically the figure would be reflected across the x axis then reflected across the y axis (or y axis then x, doesn't matter)

c. y times 2
y is 2 times as high (gets bigger)

d. 2/3 times x
x is 2/3 as much as it was before (gets smaller)

e. 1/2 x and 1.5 y
x get's half smaller and y gets 1.5 bigger (x gets smaller, y gets bigger)

Find the volume of the composite space figure to the nearest whole number.
Virty [35]
B. 180cm3

You have to find length, width, and height of both objects.

For the first one multiply:
3 x 8 x 5 = 120

Then multiply:
2 x 5 x 6 = 60

Add them together:

120 + 60 = 180cm3

What is the answer to (( 5 x 12)/3)+30-50
SpyIntel [72]

I believe the correct answer is 0

Step-by-step explanation:

To solve this question, we use an abbreviation formula called BODMAS which is:

B = Brackets

O = Of

D = Division

M = Multiplication

A = Addition

S = Subtraction

We solve each element that is available in the order of the abbreviated letter.

1. We solve the brackets:

(5\times12) = 60

2. We solve the second bracket:

(60\div3) = 20

The equation now is 20+30-50

3. We now solve addition first:

20+30=50

4. Now we solve the subtraction:

50-50=0

The answer then = 0

What is m
A.55°
B.58°
C.122°
D.125°
Andreyy89

Answer: k = 55 degrees

Step-by-step explanation:

to find J, subtract 122 from 180, you get 58. The total number of degrees is 180. Since L is given as 67, and 67+58=125. Simply subtract 125 from 180 which is 55 degrees
