Regular exercise can do two main things for your mental state. First, it releases relaxing chemicals into your brain to help reduce stress. After that, it can give you a sense of self confidence. :)

Does inhaling a drug into the lungs gets the drug into the bloodstream quicker than injecting the drug
yuradex [85]
Usually this is based upon different factors. When you inject, you can inject in a variety of ways; Intraosteolar (Through Bone), Intramuscular (Through the muscle), Intracardial (through the heart), Subcantaneus (under the skin). These methods depending on what are generally way faster than through inhalation.

One other thing to recognize is that inhaled medication is also fairly fast, and can actually go through mucus membranes.

How can temperature can affect communication?
irina [24]
If it is hot then the person/people communicating may sweat which comes across as being nervous. If it is too hot then the people/person may feel a little dehydrated and so not have that energy or moisture in there mouth to speak well.
Or it being to cold could see people put hands in pockets to warm themselves up which comes across as rather rude. Also when it it cold words can become stuttered as the jaw shivers

Hope that helped, not too sure tho :)
