In order for Jamal to reduce risk of developing heart disease, he can do a bunch of things everyday in order to prevent it. For example he could make sure that he is always eating properly and healthy and only providing his body with the correct amount of fats to prevent his heart from becoming fatty. He could also make sure that he is only eating good nutrients in order to keep his body healthy. He can also make sure that he exercises pretty frequently in order to keep his heart as well as the rest of his body strong and fit.
