The common denominater for the question is 35. Multiply 7 x 5 because in this case, they have no number before that which is common.

A possible common denominator are ->   21/35 and 20/35.

I just multiplied the denominators by each other, if I can't find another way.
I would multiply five times sevon, to get 35, and then do the same to the numorator, getting 21. Then I would multiply sevon by five, getting 35, and then do the same to the numorator, getting 20.

I hope this helps! XD

3396 Tickets would be sold in one year. If 283 tickets are sold each month you need to do 283 (tickets) x 12 (months) and that will get you 3396 Tickets per every 12 months.

What is the value of x?
Mashcka [7]

Answer:

120

Step-by-step explanation:

Because we know that the line opposite of the right angle is flat, we know that 60 plus x must equal 180. Rewriting this gives us 180 - 60 = x.

Now, we can just solve for x.

x = 120.

Without using a calculator, determine the value of x.
kap26 [50]

In this triangle, we have

\cos30^\circ=\dfrac{4x\sqrt3-5\sqrt3}{5x-4}

You should know that \cos30^\circ=\dfrac{\sqrt3}2, so that

\dfrac{\sqrt3}2=\dfrac{4x\sqrt3-5\sqrt3}{5x-4}

Divide both sides by \sqrt3 to get

\dfrac12=\dfrac{4x-5}{5x-4}

Multiply both sides by 5x-4 to get

\dfrac{5x-4}2=4x-5

Simplify and solve for x:

\dfrac{5x}2-2=4x-5

5-2=4x-\dfrac{5x}2

3=\dfrac{3x}2

6=3x

\implies\boxed{x=2}
