It isn't D because urban area's often have lots of jobs because lots of people live their and there are a lot of business's. The answer is C because living in an urban area can and does lead to improved social services but it can and has led to overcrowding.

Advantages: With urbanization the greatest development of man was also allowed, in addition we can have a concentration of hospitals, employment, and a higher quality of life than in more remote places.

Disadvantages: The great growth of these areas has brought with them the problems mainly of environmental and atmospheric pollution, thus, these areas are waste producers and make the environment suffer more and more.

Urbanization ends up being a continuous process that generates problems and solutions, that is, it is extremely contradictory and very necessary to man.
