An iceberg can serve as a useful metaphor to understand the unconscious mind, its relationship to the conscious mind and how the two parts of our mind can better work together. As an iceberg floats in the water, the huge mass of it remains below the surface. Only a small percentage of the whole iceberg is visible above the surface.

You can't tell. When you go to websites then it will mainly show 2nd or 3rd person. But, I'm pretty sure (I think there's a book for it) that in the book or original story it would be shown in 1st person sense the person who was at the scene saw everything wrote it. :)
