                               Es-tu réveillée ? (feminine)
                               êtes-vous réveillés ? (plural masculine or both M and F)
                               êtes-vous réveillées ? (plural all feminine )
                               êtes-vous réveillé ? (vous masculine de politesse)
                               êtes-vous réveillée ? (vous feminine de politesse)
