The imperialists needed workers to work on the land that was colonized. The locals were not an option because they were often either insubordinate, or they were protected by the law. That's why having slaves to work in those colonies was great, which is why they got them from Africa.
The first Women's right movement was created by Elizabeth Cady Stanton and its main goal was fighting for equality and giving women the power of voting. This was in the 19th century and these women were called the suffragettes, because they fought for women suffrage.
The third Decree states that all legal business, documents, letters, and actions do not need a seal to be legal. The seal is the stamp of the ruler.
