Tuesday voting is a law from 1845, when people coun't travel on Sundays for religious reasons, so they needed a monday to have time to travel to the place where the vote took place.
The middle colonies advertised the European people. And most of the Europeans came to the colonies to escape religious persecution.
1.New England had poor soil and a cold climate, but plenty of forests and fish. The Middle Colonies had fertile soil, a warmer climate, and rivers for trans- portation. The Southern Colonies had an even warmer climate and many waterways in the tidewater.
