The answer is D. It is because body paragraphs in essays or letters usually contain the "main" info. They are also there to support the thesis that are formed in the introductory paragraph. They usually start out with topic sentences, but they just do not totally contain topic sentences; topic sentences are just a part of the body paragraph.
