Answer: first of all don't say bout. say about. Also list and be specific about what information you are trying to receive.

Answer:

1.  Instead of 'bout' ,→ 'about'

2. And instead of 'See attachment',

you can write 'see the attachment' or you can also write 'You will find the attachment below'

3. Start the e-mail with a salutation

4. And end it with Yours truly/ Yours sincerely

5.  Then write your name below that
