An example of spelling error that might affect a patient’s medical treatment is Enuresis-Anuresis.

These are completely two different things. Enuresis is a condition of involuntary urination (urinary incontinence). On the other hand, anuresis is a condition characterized  by the inability to urinate or the retention of urine in the bladder.
