sub in eq [3] into eq [2]
y + 2z = 0
y + 2(2) = 0
y + 4 = 0
y = -4

now sub in -4 for y and 2 for z back into eq [1]
x + 2y + 3z = 6
x + 2(-4) + 3(2) = 6
x - 8 + 6 = 6
x - 2 = 6
x = 6 + 2
x = 8

solution is : (8,-4,2)
