The light spreads on the earth unevenly due to It's tilt. The position
of the earth changes in orbit, and the earth either becomes tilted
towards or away from the sun. This is why seasons happen.
Subduction is a specific type of plate interaction. The process occurs when one lithospheric plate meets another—that is, in convergent zones—and the denser plate sinks down into the mantle.
During the process of subduction, the cooling process increases the density of the crust.
