Answer:

The answer is: Over time and doing the appropriate exercises, the changes in the body will be noticed, since time is necessary to reach the desired muscular endurance.

Explanation:

Well, the secret is to include a series of exercises in your resistance training and prepare the body previously at a nutritional level:

1.- Cardiovascular exercises to increase the total resistance of the body.

2.- Body weight exercises.

3.- Take protein before performing your resistance training.

It is important that you do not go over intensity so that you can perform 20 or 25 repetitions in each series of each exercise.

Since it is about stimulating the muscles so that they adapt and go extending the time during which you endure performing the sport activity without fatigue, you should perform a high volume of series with short breaks between them, that that rest does not exceed 45 seconds.

The process that your body will go through to become more resistant implies:

1.- The improvement of the cardio-circulatory system.

2.- Increase the lung capacity and slow fibers of the muscular system.

Time is the best ally to increase your muscular endurance since it depends on the work of the muscle fibers, lungs, heart and blood vessels.

The answer is: Over time and doing the appropriate exercises, the changes in the body will be noticed, since time is necessary to reach the desired muscular endurance.

To get better at muscular endurance you have to push your muscular endurance by lots of reps with difficult exercises. First gain muscle and then use your muscles a lot in the weight room or gym. Over time you should be gaining muscle and you can track this by the skin fold caliper test. Do this every week or two and you should be seeing a change in your numbers. To track your muscular endurance, you can write down your reps and amount of weight and track this once a week as well. This will also help you see the change in numbers and hep track your improvement.
