For example, if you have your own blog, you can say anything you want (in moderation of course, remember you can’t yell fire in a crowded theater) but if you had an article in the school’s paper, your principal or “editor” would have to approve it before it was published. The case example would be Hazelwood v. Kuhlmeier. The Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Hazelwood School district because it was the school’s paper and the principal is allowed to censor whatever he deems inappropriate for the paper.

✅ Ancient Indian people were categorized by their Varnas or castes in the Vedic period from 1500 to 1000 BCE, and were not social stratification dependent on socio-economic indicators. The inherited origins of a newborn are described by Varna and the colour, form, order or class of people are indicated. There have been definitions of four main category: Brahmin (priests, gurus, etc), Kshatriya (warriors, rulers, managers, etc), Vaishya (agriculturists, dealers, etc., also known as Vysyas) and Shudras (labourers). Each Varna proposes to observe particular values of life; newbies are expected in order to obey their respective Varnas traditions, laws, behaviour, and beliefs.
