I don't think it's a bad thing, because you have to do what is best for you personally, but you should make sure that what you do doesn't hurt anyone else
The word, behind, tells you where or something is in relation to something else. It also has a symbol hat is ;-)
This practice is divisive, it is unfair, it is archaic.
