Attitude means how we evaluate and perceive a thing, idea or a person that depends on the information that we received. There are 3 components of attitude. First would be cognitive which refers to the beliefs that one associates in an object.Second is the affective component that deals with the emotions such as hate and lastly the behavioral which consist of the person's tendency to act towards someone or something. In this situation, when Jose informed Xavier that he did not like his job the component of attitude present is the Affective component.
