Answer:

Both mitosis and binary fission does not provide for genetic diversity.

Explanation:

Mitosis occurs in both prokaryotes and eukaryotes, while binary fission is the general form of replication in prokaryotes, however, it also occurs in certain single-celled eukaryotic species like Paramecium and Amoeba. Both of these processes create identical daughter cells.

Both these processes develop similar offspring like parents, as both of these are the asexual mode of reproduction, thus, the chances of developing genetic variation or diversity become null in the mentioned phenomenons. There is a third form of reproduction known as meiosis that takes place in sex cells and generates daughter cells, which are distinct from their parent cells. The chances of genetic diversity enhance by meiosis.

Fragmentation or, more correctly, habitat fragmentation is the process of modification and division of the habitat of a species. There are mechanisms that lead to discontinuity in the spatial distribution of resources that affects the occupation, reproduction and survival of a certain species.

Cells must regulate their metabolic pathways so that they do not waste resources. What is the most common mechanism that regulat
insens350 [35]

Answer:

Feed back inhibition of glycolysis

Explanation:

Cell needs to regulate their metabolic pathways and reaction so that resources they have do not get waste and only than much product is formed which is required to be used.

Cellular respiration is most commonly regulated by the feedback inhibition of glycolysis. The most important regulatory step in the feedback inhibition of glycolysis is the phosphofructokinase reaction. This reaction is inhibited by ATP. ATP lower the affinity of enzyme for fructose-6- phosphate and inhibit the reaction thereby regulate cellular respiration.

The kingdom Protista consits of several organism that includes Protozoa, plants and fungi. Protists are the first eukaryotes that came on earth, it includes multicellular organisms and unicellular organisms as well.

 • It includes plant like protists called as autotrophs.

Example: Red, brown and green algae.

 • It also includes fungi like protists called as decomposers.

example: slime molds and water molds.

 • It also includes protozoans like Zooflagellates and cilliates.

Difference between aerobic and anaerobic process
Nonamiya [84]

Answer:

Aerobic respiration needs oxygen to occur, while anaerobic does not.

Explanation:

This presence of oxygen determines what products will be created. During aerobic respiration, carbon dioxide, water, and ATP are produced. During anaerobic respiration, lactic acid, ethanol, and ATP are created.
