Answer:

We are what we pretend to be. So, there is no perfectly packaged "realistic" us. But there does exist a room within us that comprises of ethics, morals and discipline, which we can never disobey. And, if you consider that as a self image then, yes my self image is as realistic as bread and butter we crave.
