Answer:

The answer is TRUE. Most cnidarians have two layers of cells that are organized into tissues: Epidermis and Gastrodermis.

Explanation:

Cnidarians' basic body organization is simple: It is a hollow structure composed of two cellular layers:

 • epidermis, which is the external layer,
 • gastrodermis which is the internal layer, composed by lining cells in the gastrovascular cavity.

Between these two there is the mesoglea that varies from a thin, non-cellular membrane to a mucous, fibrous, thick membrane with amebocytes.

Epidermis and gastrodermis originate from two embryonic tissues, the ectoderm, and the endoderm.

The epidermis is formed of five types of cells with different functions: epitheliomuscular, interstitial, cnidoblasts, secretors, and sensorial.

The gastrodermis is composed of nutritive cells, glandular enzymatic cells, secretory cells, and sensorial cells.

Write a sientific explanation describing how light ando sound energy help us communicate and share information our daily lives.
Gekata [30.6K]

Answer: There are many sources of light, but the initial energy for all light sources comes from the sun. Light travels away from its source in straight lines through space as waves of energy. The waves we can detect with our eyes are called visible light. Patterns in the behavior of light are predictable because light moves in waves through space until it comes in contact with an object or material that changes its direction. Light can pass through or bounce off objects. Additionally, different materials can block or absorb light. If an object blocks light, a shadow of the object forms. If the intensity or direction of the light source changes, the appearance of an object’s shadow can change in size, shape, or darkness. Absorbing light energy can cause changes in matter. A common example includes the color of paper or fabric fading as the matter absorbs light over time. Vibrations cause sounds. We can hear when sound waves travel through the air to our ears and cause our eardrums to vibrate. Sound can also travel through other forms of matter, such as liquids and solids.

How does removing trees affect nitrogen cycling in a forest ecosystem? A. After clearcutting, more soil nitrogen was exported vi
mina [271]

Answer:

B. After clearcutting, plant uptake stopped and nitrogen accumulated in the soil.

Explanation: Clear cutting leaves the soil bare and allows for direct penetration of sunlight this increases the soil temperature which favors the activity of soil microrganism. This microrganism activity increase the production of ammonium and nitrate hence the increase in soil Nitrogen level. Clearcutting then allows for accumulation of Nitrogen produce due to removal of plant or forest tree that could use up the Nitrogen produced.

devlian [24]
Install an electrostatic precipitator (ESP) component, which is a particle control system that helps remove particles from a smokestack by using electrical charges. According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, an ESP can remove small particles with up to 99 percent efficiency.
