Geography

The mutinous crew of the HMS Bounty settled the island. They settled it when they found it accidentally and realized that it was shown in the wrong place on their Maps. Then they knew that nobody would ever find them there. Today, just about everybody who lives on the island is descended from the crew of the Bounty, and I think the majority of them have the family name "Christian", after Fletcher Christian, the officer who led the mutiny.

frozen [14]

Answer:

About 10,000 times warmer than earth.

Explanation:

  • At the outermost layer of the sun i.e the corona the sun can go up to 3,600,000° F. The core is 3 times hotter than this layer compared to earth am an estimate of the value of earth's interior and outer core is at 6,000 C i.e about 10,800 degrees.
  • As there is an increase of 100 degrees as we go interior of the earth with every 1 degree of depth. The inner core of a completely solid object covering 20% of the radius of the earth. The difference between the outer and inner core temperature is of  2,700-degrees.
  • Thus planet earth is different from terrestrial rocky mass and the sun is a giant gaseous star with more than enough heat to last many centuries.

Explain divergent (spreading) boundaries, convergent (colliding) boundaries, and transform (sliding) boundaries in well-written,
RUDIKE [14]
Divergent:
when two plates move apart. It could be oceanic to oceanic, oceanic to continental, or continental to continental. This causes earthquakes, and ocean basins, or and rift valleys.

Convergent:
When two plates collide. (same concept). This causes islands and volcanoes to form when the denser plate subducts under the other plate in the subduction zone. This can also cause mountain ranges to form when plates collide and buckle.

Transform:
When two plates slide past each other in the same direction at different speeds, or in different directions. (same concept) this causes earthquakes and faults.

Sorry this isn't as in depth as you wanted it to be! ^^
